Calendar
The calendar allows you to document your schedule and keep it
convenient to access. You can schedule appointments in the
calendar and set your device to alert you with a reminder.
Schedule a New Appointment
1. Press the (
) key (
MENU
), and scroll to
Settings & Tools
.
2. Press (
)
Tools
, and then press (
)
Calendar
.
3. To add a new appointment, scroll to the desired date, and
then press the Left Soft key (
Add
).
4. Enter the details and use the Directional key to navigate
between information fields.
5. Press the (
) key (
SAVE
).
Update an Existing Appointment
1. Press the (
) key (
MENU
), and scroll to
Settings & Tools
.
2. Press (
)
Tools
, and then press (
)
Calendar
.
3. Scroll to the date of the appointment to be modified, and
then press the (
) key (
VIEW
).
4. Scroll to the desired appointment entry, press the (
)
key (
VIEW
), and then press the (
) key (
EDIT
).
5. Scroll to the fields to be updated, edit the corresponding
information, and then press the (
) key (
SAVE
).
